Setting Up An Account

What are the fees involved?

There are one-time fees associated with each account, and the pricing varies based on several factors including theme purchases, plugin purchases, labor, and other additional costs required for setting up your account on our end.

How do I get started?

How long does it take?

The timeframe primarily hinges on your responsiveness in providing the requested information. Our onboarding process is comprehensive, covering about 90% of the necessary details. The remaining 10% involves your approval. Once this is complete, we proceed with the launch. Usually, the entire process from start to launch takes 7-14 days, with very few instances exceeding 30 days.

Discounts on annual payment?

Certainly, there is a 10% discount available for clients who choose to pay for the entire year upfront.

Payment Terms

Payment is due automatically on the day you onboard, not the day your site goes live. It will renew every 30 days each month. If a payment is 30 days late, it will become delinquent, and all services will be suspended. After 60 days (2 months) of no payment, the site will be on grace removal. After 90 days (3 months) of no payment, the account will be terminated and not recoverable. If you are able to save it from being terminated, the entire balance will be due, plus a one-time $99 reactivation fee.

Refunds

There shall be no refunds provided to the Client upon termination of services, regardless of the reason for termination.

Cancel Account

In the event of termination of the Client’s subscription with the Company, all services provided by the Company will cease. This encompasses, but is not confined to, the domain, web hosting, website, email server, calendar or contact forms, live chat integration, and any additional services utilized by the Client through the Company. Additionally, termination must be requested at least 30 days before the renewal period. If the client has paid for the entire year upfront, only one month will be refunded upon termination. You can cancel inside your billing portal or by going to yourlegalwebsite.com/cancel .

Who owns what?

The Client acknowledges that all materials, including but not limited to the website, domain, hosting, email server configurations, and any other materials created or set up by the Company, remain the exclusive property of the Company. The Client agrees not to attempt to remove the website from the Company’s server or to gain unauthorized access or control over any materials provided by the Company, unless the domain is already owned by the client, in which case the client has full control of the domain. However, if YourLegalWebsite.com purchases the domain on behalf of the client, YourLegalWebsite owns the domain.

Maintenance Hours

Unused maintenance hours allocated to the Client’s subscription do not carry over to the following month and are considered forfeited. This policy operates on a use-it-or-lose-it basis. These hours can be utilized for edits and tasks beyond graphic design, such as business cards, letterheads, advertisement pieces, and more.

Our administrative side is safeguarded with SSL and other security protocols to ensure the integrity of our customers’ sites and information.
