Subscription Agreement
This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between YourLegalWebsite.com (“Company”), a web development company located in Utah, and Client Name, with respect to the provision of web development services.
Services Provided
The Company agrees to provide the Client with the web development services outlined in the selected package. These services may include, but are not limited to, domain registration, web hosting, website development, email server setup, calendar or contact forms setup, live chat integration, and any additional services selected by the Client.
Termination of ServicesIn the event of termination of the Client’s subscription with the Company, all services provided by the Company will cease. This encompasses, but is not confined to, the domain, web hosting, website, email server, calendar or contact forms, live chat integration, and any additional services utilized by the Client through the Company. Additionally, termination must be requested at least 30 days before the renewal period. If the client has paid for the entire year upfront, only one month will be refunded upon termination.
Refunds
There shall be no refunds provided to the Client upon termination of services, regardless of the reason for termination.
Maintenance Hours
Any unused maintenance hours allocated to the Client’s subscription do not rollover to the following month and are deemed forfeited. It is a use-it-or-lose-it policy.
Ownership and Control
The Client acknowledges that all materials, including but not limited to the website, domain, hosting, email server configurations, and any other materials created or set up by the Company, remain the exclusive property of the Company. The Client agrees not to attempt to remove the website from the Company’s server or to gain unauthorized access or control over any materials provided by the Company, unless the domain is already owned by the client, in which case the client has full control of the domain. However, if YourLegalWebsite.com purchases the domain on behalf of the client, YourLegalWebsite owns the domain.
Agreement Acceptance
By making a payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Agreement to these terms will be indicated by selecting the designated “Agree” button during the payment process.
Notification of Edits
Any updates or edits to this Agreement will be communicated to all Clients via email and will be reflected on the Company’s Terms of Service (TOS) page.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
Payment Terms
Payment is due automatically on the day you onboard, not the day your site goes live. It will renew every 30 days each month. If a payment is 30 days late, it will become delinquent, and all services will be suspended. After 60 days (2 months) of no payment, the site will be on grace removal. After 90 days (3 months) of no payment, the account will be terminated and not recoverable. If you are able to save it from being terminated, the entire balance will be due, plus a one-time $99 reactivation fee.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards through our online secure portal. No Cash, Venmo, Cash App, or Checks are not accepted at this time. This allows us and you to control your account via our customer billing portal.
